Refund Policy

BahamaZine offers optional paid services such as premium listings, featured upgrades, and posting assistance. Because these services are low-cost and begin immediately (digital delivery and/or manual work time), all purchases are final and non-refundable.
No refunds
BahamaZine does not offer refunds for paid services, including (but not limited to):
- Premium listings or listing upgrades
- Featured placements
- Posting assistance / “we post it for you” services
- Any monthly listing payments once processed

Want to test the waters first?
You have easy, low-risk ways to try BahamaZine before committing:
- Manual submit / posting assistance is only $10
- Premium is only $20 for one month (you can try it for a single month and decide after)
You can also preview what a premium listing looks like right now:
Go to the Business Listings page and search the keyword “Facebook” — you’ll find a listing showing the Facebook link field (that’s a premium feature).
Optional 7-day trial (case-by-case)
If you’re genuinely concerned and want to see how it works first, we may offer a free 7-day premium trial (no credit card required) on a case-by-case basis.
To request a trial, contact us with your business name and the email you plan to use on the site.
Payment issues or duplicate charges
If a payment is accidentally processed twice for the same service, or there is a clear technical billing error, contact us within 48 hours and we will review it and make it right.
Payment processing
Payments are handled through third-party providers. BahamaZine does not store card details.
