In April, I joined the second annual Cruise for Creative (C4C) aboard Virgin Voyages as a featured speaker and presenter. Organized by Sergio and Yanina Gomez through Art NXT Level and Sweet Life Travel Tribe, the residency-style experience brought together artists from around the world for professional development, creative exploration, and cultural exchange.
I presented on “The Healthy Artist” and my evolving “5 N’s” framework for understanding how collectors evaluate art through Novelty, Nuance, Narrative, Network, and Noophilia. Highlights included creative excursions in Jamaica and Grand Cayman, private tours at the National Gallery of the Cayman Islands, and meaningful conversations about creativity, health, collecting, and artistic purpose.
I am honored to share that I have been invited to help co-organize and present activities for the next 2027 C4C experience.
